It’s great to see the blossom starting to appear here on the hedgerows of the South Downs. We were astounded by the amount of blossom on the Blackthorn bushes last year that then went on to become an amazing glut of dark blue Sloes.
Over several batches last year we perfected our Sloe Gin Truffle - made with the sloes we collected at the end of last year and some lovely Conker Spirit Gin. All hand-rolled in premium dark chocolate.
