Allergens

As well as maintaining the highest hygiene standards, we also take allergens very seriously. All of our products are clearly marked both on the menu booklet and the packaging to indicate which individual chocolates contain specific allergens.

Our flavours have been carefully formulated to get the maximum flavour with as few allergens as possible. To do this we have selected premium couverture chocolate which does NOT use soya (this is frequently used in chocolate as an emulsifier in the form of soya lecithin). We have taken a bold step and made ALL of our products wholly plant-based AND vegan. Some of the chocolate we use is certified as 100% dairy-free. We have also universally made all of our flavours gluten-free.

Some of our chocolates contain alcohol and a very few flavours contain nuts, but these are clearly marked and we do offer an alcohol-free collection, plus customisable 'pick your own' boxes.

Our chocolates are hand-crafted in a small, dedicated kitchen rather than a large production line. While unlikely, we cannot absolutely guarantee that there will be no traces of allergens as some ingredients are sourced from suppliers whose premises also handle dairy products, cereals, nuts, soya & products containing gluten
