Rhubarb pâte de fruit tops a layer of white chocolate ganache, flavoured with foraged meadowsweet. All in a dairy-free white chocolate shell.

Full of the taste of summer, this comes from layers of tangy rhubarb and the almond-like taste of meadowsweet - fragrant white flowers, traditionally used to flavour mead. We surround this with a dairy-free white chocolate which is decorated by hand.

Shell: Vegan White Chocolate 36% cocoa solids (sugar,cocoa butter, dried gluten-free oat powder, sunflower lecithin), Ganache chocolate: Vegan White Chocolate 48% cocoa solids (cocoa butter, rice powder [rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour], sugar, natural flavouring), Sugar, Rhubarb Purée, Oat Milk (water, gluten-free oats, salt), Glucose, Rapeseed Oil, Sorbitol, Dextrose, Sunflower Lecithin, Pectin (Pectin E440, Dextrose), Malic Acid, Meadowsweet Flower Infusion, Decoration - Colour (concentrates of: safflower, spirulina, sweet potato, radish, cherry, apple).

While unlikely, we cannot absolutely guarantee that there will be no traces of allergens as some ingredients are sourced from suppliers whose premises also handle dairy products, cereals, nuts, soya & products containing gluten. 

PLANT-BASED & SOYA-FREE CHOCOLATE

This amazingly smooth, creamy tasting, single origin Colombia white chocolate - is created with gluten free oats to taste great, and yet 100% plant based. It is also crafted at origin - this means that as well as growing the cacao beans, the chocolate is made in Colombia too - so more of the profits stay in the country of origin.
