A rich pâte de fruit full of briar-fruit flavours, layered with oat m*lk chocolate ganache and dipped in single origin Colombia chocolate.
We forage from the briar for the dark fruits used in our pâte de fruit - including blackberries, elderberries and sloes. This is complemented by a sumptuous layer of ganache, subtly spiced with hogweed seeds and hand-dipped in oat m*lk chocolate.

Oat M*lk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, dried gluten-free oat powder, cocoa mass, dried rice powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), Sugar, Fruit Purée (Damsons, Sloes, Blackberries, Elderberries), Oat Milk (water, gluten-free oats, salt), Glucose, Dextrose, Invert sugar, Pectin (Pectin E440, Dextrose), Citric Acid, Hogweed Seed, Sunflower Lecithin, Decoration: colour (E172, E555).
While unlikely, we cannot absolutely guarantee that there will be no traces of allergens as some ingredients are sourced from suppliers whose premises also handle dairy products, cereals, nuts, soya & products containing gluten.
PLANT BASED & SOYA-FREE CHOCOLATE
This amazingly smooth, creamy tasting, single origin Colombia 43% chocolate - is created with gluten free oats and rice to taste great, and yet 100% plant based. It is also crafted at origin - this means that as well as growing the cacao beans, the chocolate is made in Colombia too - so more of the profits stay in the country of origin.
