Beer ganache layered with a wild hops caramel
Oat m*lk chocolate shell filled with a wild hops caramel and a ganache infused with Westerham Brewery’s gluten-free stout.
Inspired by country pub-walks, we use the subtle bitter taste of foraged hops to balance the sweetness of our caramel. This is then layered with a gluten-free stout infused ganache in an oat m*lk chocolate shell.

Dairy-Free, Milk-Taste Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, chufa powder, resistant dextrin, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural flavouring), Water, Sugar, Gluten-Free Beer (water, malted barley, hops, yeast), Cocoa Butter, Grapeseed Oil, Glucose, Invert Sugar, Dextrose, Sunflower Lecithin, Salt, Hops, Decoration (colour: E171, E172, E555).
While unlikely, we cannot absolutely guarantee that there will be no traces of allergens as some ingredients are sourced from suppliers whose premises also handle dairy products, cereals, nuts, soya & products containing gluten.
PLANT-BASED & SOYA-FREE CHOCOLATE
This amazingly smooth, creamy tasting, single origin Colombia 43% chocolate - is created with gluten free oats and rice to taste great, and yet 100% plant based. It is also crafted at origin - this means that as well as growing the cacao beans, the chocolate is made in Colombia too - so more of the profits stay in the country of origin.
