Rosehip layers in dark chocolate
Rosehip pâte de fruit, layered with white chocolate ganache flavoured with Buck & Birch’s ‘Amarosa - Rosehip Rum Liqueur’ and dipped in dark chocolate.
Briar rose, dog rose, rambling rose - whatever you call it, the fruit of the wild rose (rosehips) has long been revered for its high vitamin C content. But it’s for the taste that we use it in our pâte de fruit. This is complemented with a layer of dairy-free white chocolate ganache, generously flavoured with rosehip rum liqueur and hand-dipped in 55% dark chocolate.
This is a LIMITED EDITION flavour. When in stock, it will be added to orders of the Explorers Selection in box sizes of 18 and 24 while stocks last. It can also be added to our 'Pick your own flavours' selection.

Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Vegan White Chocolate Alternative (cocoa butter, rice powder [rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour], sugar, natural flavouring), Sugar, Rosehip Purée (rosehips, lemon juice), Rosehip Liqueur, Cocoa Butter, Glucose, Sorbitol, Rapeseed Oil, Dextrose, Sunflower Lecithin, Pectin (Pectin E440, Dextrose), Citric Acid, Decoration : colour (E172, E555).
While unlikely, we cannot absolutely guarantee that there will be no traces of allergens as some ingredients are sourced from suppliers whose premises also handle dairy products, cereals, nuts, soya & products containing gluten.
PLANT-BASED & SOYA-FREE CHOCOLATE
This 55% cocoa solids is a well balanced dark chocolate, without too much bitterness. 100% allergen-free, it does not use soya lecithin.
