Raspberry ganache filled dark chocolate dome, with the subtle, smoky accent of dark birch syrup.
Raspberry and dark chocolate are a classic pairing - this is further elevated by the rich, fruity and slightly smoky flavours of dark birch syrup. Like maple syrup, but made from the sap of birch trees, it takes 100 litres of sap to make just one litre of syrup!

Dark Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Raspberry Purée, Birch Syrup, Cocoa Butter, Rapeseed Oil, Invert sugar, Dextrose, Glucose, Sunflower Lecithin, Decoration - Colour (E153, E172, E551, E555).
While unlikely, we cannot absolutely guarantee that there will be no traces of allergens as some ingredients are sourced from suppliers whose premises also handle dairy products, cereals, nuts, soya & products containing gluten.
DAIRY-FREE & SOYA-FREE CHOCOLATE
This 55% cocoa solids is a well balanced dark chocolate, without too much bitterness. 100% allergen-free, it does not use soya lecithin.
GLUTEN-FREE
We always choose ingredients that are gluten-free for all of our chocolates.
