Dark chocolate and dandelion combine to create an intensely rich ganache in a dark chocolate shell.
The dandelion is a much maligned plant - especially if you're a gardener. But give this beautiful and tenacious plant a second chance! Not only do their sunny yellow flowers provide bees with much needed nutrients in early Spring, they are also bountiful for foraging. The roasted roots provide a rich coffee-like taste that marries well with dark chocolate.

DAIRY-FREE & SOYA-FREE CHOCOLATE
This 55% cocoa solids is a well balanced dark chocolate, without too much bitterness. 100% allergen-free, it does not use soya lecithin.
