Wassailing is a traditional ceremony ensuring a good apple harvest. And this is a true celebration of apple flavour. Starting with the apple pâte de fruit, this is balanced with flavours of dairy-free white chocolate ganache, vegan yogurt, apple syrup and a subtle, warming spice from hogweed seeds. All surrounded by our single origin oat m*lk chocolate.

PLANT-BASED & SOYA-FREE CHOCOLATE
Rather than using oat, rice or soya as a cow milk alternative, the creamy taste in this 42% chocolate comes from chufa, otherwise known as the ‘tiger nut’. Long enjoyed in Spain as the milky drink ‘Horchata de Chufa’, it creates a rich, luxurious, creamy taste - a plant-based, milk alternative chocolate, created to be 100% allergen-free.
